I wanted to set-up my Pain Management Practice in 2006 and appointed Medenet to assist me. Medenet guided me through the maze of set-up requirements, completed all the enrollment and contracting work with almost all the payors in my area.

Along with the billing service, they not only took care of my coding review but researched and guided the practice for any new procedures that were introduced in the practice.

Four years ago, I brought my sole practice into a large multi specialty practice that Medenet does the billing for and the entire transition was completed smoothly from credentialing and contracting to billing, without us experiencing any cash flow issues.

Medenet has been a crutch and very helpful in training and retraining the staff on the implementation and use of the CareTracker Practice Management and EMR Software and also helped us in qualifying for the Meaningful Use grants.

Medenet has always been responsive to all my demands especially for training the front office staff as our area experiences a high staff attrition.Over the years Medenet has always accommodated our requests for adhock reports that have been instrumental in helping us analyze our practice performance in minutest detail.
